    Blue Christmas services offer comfort to those experiencing significant loss and difficulty in their lives.  If you or someone you know is struggling with the holidays this year, please consider coming on Dec. 18th at 5:30pm to the Maquoketa First United Methodist Church.  (1019 Wesley Drive, Maquoketa)  This night is open to all in our community who would like an alternative to the cheerful expectations that often accompany the Christmas season.
