Rose was a sweetheart and I loved the time we spent together well she resided at Crestridge and however we are not suppost to have favorites I couldn't help myself when it came to her. My thoughts and prays are with her family.
My memories of Rose are many! Joking, gossiping, drinking coffee, and laughing, ALWAYS laughing! Loved sitting across from her at their picnic table and sharing memories and once again, the laughter! Not just giggling i am talking belly laughter! I think the neighbors were wondering what was so hilarious We didn't care, we were having too much fun! i envied her knack of always finding a bargain! She was a great lady. Heaven has a beautiful angel now. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
First thing that comes to me when I think of my Auntie Rose is seeing her at the picnic table outside. I will always vision her there everytime I look over there and she will wave like she always did. I remember waking up in Iowa City after my accident and seeing her and Reid there at the end of my hospital bed. It is one of the very few things I do remember while being out there. Oh and I could never forget those mornings I would go pick up Renee to go to school. I can still hear her yelling "Renee" up the staIrs because she would stIll be sleepIng! I love you guys and I am so so sorry! She will be greatly missed by everyone always!!! :*
Russ, so sorry for your loss. I will not be able to come to the funeral as we lost my sister-in-law yesterday and yours is the same as ours. But my thoughts will be with you and prayers
Ben. Dover. Only a few of us know what that means LOL "Mama Rose" was like a second mother to me. She will be greatly missed by many.
I have so many memories.... She was a second mother to me for many important childhood years. I loved going "up the hill" to her house to play with Reid and "Nae-Nae", they were my best childhood friends. I loved watching the suburbans get loaded with papers for the paper routes. It was always so facinating to me. I loved playing from room to room upstairs. I loved that she made us go "OUTSIDE AND PLAY" The chickens in the kitchen...still a staple for me whenver I see a brown ceramic egg. Crafting with my mom, going to camanche to Terri's house.I remember her hugs..she was soo good at them, and she would always end them with a kiss on the forehead. Rose and her family were there for me all the time when I was little. I wish I could have been there more for all of you as an adult. My heart bleeds for your entire family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
so sorry for your loss. thoughts and prayers are with the family.

My memories of Rose is cofee in the morning after the kids went toschool (before I went to work and on my days off), sitting at the picnic table bsing and crafting...she was the neighborhood second Mom for us Moms that worked, and the kids could always count on her. She will be missed.
my memories of rose are of a sweet wonderful person i will miss you and love you always
My list of memories would span the world a few times around.....the greatest one for me is making grape kool-aid always. It was a joke between us because Rosie hated grape and it was one of my favorites so I always made it. As she was my "second" mom growing up my heart breaks for all of you. RIP Rosie.
Renee-So sorry to hear about your mom! Thoughts and prayers to you and your family!
