Memories of Miriam J.
Bob and Dave,
I just checked the Carson web page and saw that your wife/mom died. As young teachers she was so very nice to us. I so laugh now when I see a bidet - she so graciously explained what that was when we were at your home after a game. We have wonderful memories of your family and Maquoketa. Our sincere sympathy.

Bob, Dave, Lynne - so sorry to hear of Mim's passing. We know your fond memories of her will help you through these difficult times.
When I attended Coe College in 1970, I was fortunate to have as a room mate Dave Stockham. Dave introduced me to his parents who were gracious and wonderful to me.
Bob, Dave, and Lynne and everyone who knew her are better people because of Mim. She enriched your lives and she enriched my life. You do not need to know a person long to learn whether they are wonderful person and Mim is a wonderful person. She is not alive physically however she lives with all of us who knew her.
Dave, Lynn, and Bob, So sorry to hear of your loss. Mim was a special lady with a beautiful smile and always had time to chat a bit. I ran into her always in the grocery store when I lived in Maquoketa. We used to laugh about the fact that we both must be cooking for hoards of people, as we were always there. Thinking of you all at this difficult time.
Our thoughts & prayers are with you. mom wanted to come to the service but decided it would have been too difficult - she sends her love. Kim Warne Hill
